Robert “Bob” Rapoza is the award-winning author of the Nick Randall archeological thriller series. Described as a cross between the works of Dan Brown and Indiana Jones, his action-packed thrillers keep readers riveted from beginning to end. Bob’s love for adventure stories started at a young age when he enjoyed watching Leonard Nimoy’s ‘In Search of’ series. Intrigued by the unsolved mysteries featured in each episode, he was hooked. His love of adventure spread to reading books by Clive Cussler, Matthew Reilly, James Rollins and Tom Clancy, among other authors.
As an adult, his role in public safety provided him with access to various levels of law enforcement from local police agencies to the Secret Service, offering him a front-row seat to law enforcement operations. Melding his personal love of reading with his professional experience, Bob published his first award-winning book in 2016, earning him a spot on the International Thriller Writers Association’s Debut Author Program.
Today, Bob lives in Southern California with his wife, daughter, and son.
