Adam J. Wright is a crime novelist and author of the Murder Force novels as well as several standalone mystery books, some of which feature characters from the Murder Force series.

He has loved reading about fictional crime since he was a teenager and his influences include Agatha Christie, Elmore Leonard, the Travis McGee series by John D. MacDonald, and the 87th Precinct novels by Ed McBain.
