Award winning USA Today and Amazon bestselling author Kristin Gleeson is originally from Philadelphia but now lives in West Cork, Ireland, where she writes, plays the harp, sings, and tries to paint the beautiful landscape around her.

She holds a Masters in Library Science and a Ph.D. in history, and for a time was an administrator of a large archives, library and museum in America. She has also worked as a public librarian in America and Ireland.
